Only through increased awareness and changes in behavior can the generations inhabiting the planet today change their historical legacy. Will we continue to be consumers of our planet or will we be recorded as the first generation to reverse the trend and become preservers of our One Blue Planet? With certainty, no politician, scientist, business owner or child can argue that we belong to ONE planet.
There are seemingly endless ways that each of us can affect the trend change from consumers to preservers. Some of us will have minor roles; some of us will make major breakthroughs. The important thing is for all of us to start today. Changing our legacy is within our grasp.
